Scripture:

1 Chronicles 5:19-20

19 They made war with the Hagrites, Jetur, Naphish, and Nodab. 20 And they were helped against them, and the Hagrites were delivered into their hand, and all who were with them, for they cried out to God in the battle. He heeded their prayer, because they put their trust in Him.

"The Secret Ingredient"

Everyone has an aunt, a mom, or a grandmother who has a recipe that is just out of this world, and you always try to get it right, but it's always missing that secret ingredient.  But once you knew it, it changed everything.  Today's portion is like that: our prayer life would be more powerful if we prayed with intent.  Sometimes we pray almost robotically without any expectation, and then we wonder why our prayers don't seem to get answered.  James 1:6 tells us that we must believe and not doubt.   Notice that it says "And they were helped against them."   Prayer brought the strength needed to overcome the enemy. Your prayer is mightier than you think and can produce greater results. You just need to put your trust in Him.

Pray with intention, believe that God will act on your prayers, on your behalf, "TRUST" He will do it, trust in Him.

Lord, today we tear down every work of the enemy, those who are in the struggle this morning, I pray for them, destroy the demonic forces pitted against them, tear down their armies, bring victory, every mental attack, every spiritual attack, every physical manifestation be torn down in the name of Jesus', I thank you and trust you Lord that you already done this, Amen!
